Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from CrystalThrill. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following return guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
1. Hygiene and Safety Restrictions
Because our crystal wands are personal, intimate items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. All sales are final for used products.
2. Return Eligibility
We do accept returns for items that are unused, and in their original packaging. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all seals and protective elements included.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your product meets the return criteria, please reach out to our Customer Service team at Support@CrystalThrill.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Free Return Shipping:
We want to make returns as hassle-free as possible. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item at no cost. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos to assess the issue and ensure a quick resolution.
- In cases of damaged or defective products, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable:
- used products
- Gift cards
- Sale items and any products marked as “final sale”
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our criteria.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please follow the return process for your unopened item and place a new order.
