Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all regions across the United States from our location in Sacramento, California.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (Free for orders over $100) – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 – Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • If you have questions about whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • CrystalThrill is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@CrystalThrill.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
